Terms of Use

Last updated: September 14, 2026

1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing or using the JobsTrabajo platform ("the platform"), you accept these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree with any of them, you must not use the service.

2. Description of the service

JobsTrabajo is a microtask platform that allows registered users to complete online activities (visits, surveys, sign-ups and others) in exchange for financial rewards. How the platform works, the rewards and the availability of tasks may change at any time.

3. Registration and account

To use the platform you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out with your account. Only one account per person is allowed.

4. Completing tasks and rewards

Rewards are credited only when the team validates the submitted proof. The use of automation, bots, fake accounts or any fraudulent practice is prohibited. Non-compliance may result in the suspension or cancellation of the account and of accumulated rewards.

5. Payouts and withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed through the enabled payout methods (currently PayPal), subject to a minimum amount and to account verification. Payouts may take a reasonable period from the time of request. We reserve the right to refuse withdrawals linked to fraudulent activity.

6. User conduct

You agree not to use the platform for illegal purposes, not to harass other users, not to attempt to breach the security of the system and to respect the published rules. Any breach may lead to the immediate suspension of your account.

7. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service or the continuity of tasks or rewards. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The current version will be published on this page and its entry into force will be indicated by the update date. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the changes.

9. Contact

If you have any questions about these terms, write to us through the Contact page.

In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Spanish version prevails.
